Dragon of Love

I stumbled across this video on youtube this morning. It is supposed to be a 'hilarious comedy'. What do you make of this?

  1. I've been looking for this! I heard about this years ago, but I forgot the title. It's supposed to be a comical take on fetishism or something. Might have to read up some more of it.

  2. Lord...you just want to tell the poor man to run for his life.

  3. LOL! Poor guy, he got one of the crazy ones. Maybe he should have been more specific (ex. sane black women/ sans fetish). Can't be mad at the girl about Bruce Lee.

  4. OMFG!!!

Since I jumped into my marriage without any Asian preference, I've never actually been exposed to this kind of fetish -- in such a direct way! **shiver** I found it tasteless, even as a joke.

Where is the vid showing an Asian man's fetish for a black woman?! Who does he have on his wall? What kind of fantasies does he indulge in by day/by night?

Eeeewwww... I know it was meant to be funny, but it's just icky to me!!

  5. I wasn't comfortable watching this clip @ all when I first saw it. It made me squirm w/embarrassment.

I know that it is supposed to be satire/humor, but the minute ole dude opened his mouth about "wanting a Black Woman", I was done.

  8. I should have stopped when he said he wanted a black woman, too. Icky. Yuck. Stanky. I'll be smarter next time.

  9. i really thought the fetish was going to be the other way round when in the beginning of the video the dude was like 'he's always wanted to date a black woman'.

  10. Although I wasn't comfortable at all watching this video, for a reason that I couldn't articulate, to me the message was that that man has been beaten at his own game. Dating that crazy girl was his punition for putting all black women in the same boat. But apparently, as the end of the film suggests, he hasn't learned his lesson.
"Hilarious comedy", you say? So I was supposed to find this amusing? I didn't.
