  1. On YouTube, commenting's been disabled for "Tous les Jours, Tous le Soirs". It's no surprise.

    Here at the Narrative, however....

  4. Inexplicably, the part of my brain where random thoughts reside wondered why he didn't use the gorgeous woman from "Monsieur Nov" in "Tous les Jours, Tous le Soirs." Like I said... random.

Let's pretend he/she/it they did so because this guy's pattern has already been established. *we can dream* ;)

Seriously? You watched THAT and this what you wondered? Random, indeed!

I was too busy trying to pick my damn jaw off the floor. Something tells me I may need to move to France. Because the French don't play around with the whole black woman = off limits bullshit in their media. Maybe the French need to start doing Blasian films so that Americans can take some goddamn notes...punk bitches.

  8. Rough Translation for "Tous le Jours, Tous le Soirs":

    I love your skin
    I love your lascivious poses
    what you propose
also about my baby is listening
It is likely that I am not as wise as you think
    I shake the habits
You will clothes off our bed table and beat ..
We will not make it short
I will walk into your curves
if you let me put me at ease
I know I never let myself

Chorus: Do you like, I’ll ask every day, every day (x2)
What you want I ask you for every night, every night (x2)
    What you want ...

I will be pro, I love what you have
tonight you will love how I proceed
your body will be my project
    verse 2
It is possible that I am not as wise as you like it
    I shake all our quirks
this is my baby so I will know how you handle
We’ll do it tenderly, louder if that’s what you ask
and if you let me lose myself between your legs ...

Chorus: Do you like, I’ll ask every day, every day (x2)
What you want I ask you for every night, every night (x2)
    What you want ...

I will be pro, I love what you have
tonight you will love how I proceed
your body will be my project
It is possible that I am not as wise as you like it
    I shake all our quirks
this is my baby so I will know how you handle
We’ll do it tenderly, louder if that’s what you ask
and if you let me lose myself between your legs ...

Chorus: Do you like, I’ll ask every day, every day (x2)
What you want I ask you for every night, every night (x2)
    What you want ...

We’ll do that in the (x4) in the kitchen, bathroom, dining room, the room, on the table in the lounge.
and we will at any time and anywhere
    that much we will connect
The ground floor against the wall (x8)

    Chorus

"Resources"? And the euphemisms keep on comin'. First it was "cookies", which became "research", and now we're just callin' em "resources".

    Mm-hm.

  11. Me prefer cookies, and me thanks Moi for the translation...I'll be in my bunk.

  16. As a French girl, I'm very proud to see that you guys discovered Monsieur Nov (I have no idea why I haven't linked his videos to the Narrative before though). Monsieur Nov represents a new French movement that gives me much hope for the future. Young people from the suburban areas around Paris (where the population is mostly composed of POC) grow up together there, regardless of their origins. This produces young people very open to interracial relationships and more acceptant of differences. You can find Blacks, Arabs and Asians come together as one, and learn from their differences while sharing the same French and American-influenced culture. Especially in the Hip Hop world. As a consequence, it is more and more frequent to see AMBW or Asian/Arab pairings. It makes me very proud of the younger generation of POCs in France.

Fascinating! I wonder what was going on, because he seems so very genuine in his videos, and where his music itself is concerned.

  19. Hiya, ladies!

I am REALLY enjoying 'Monsieur Nov's' over all style, yeah? His flow is TIGHT, and I love it! I do have a wee question, though. Can you ladies 'school' me on what a POC is. I only know it as a business term (proof of concept).

** Here are two (2) more totally RAD Asian male super-sAngers (yerp, w/an 'A'):

    1. PARK HYO SHIN (sAngs as well as LUTHER V.)
    2. LEEHOM WANG (When Elton John is busy w/baby and hubby, PLEASE send this man instead)!!!

Cheers, ladies! ---> Ta! for posting M.V. vids.

    POC = people/person of color

  21. AWESOME! Thanks for responding, Ankhesen! For whatever reason, that (people of color) never crossed my mind. You would think it sould have been my first choice, but eh? ;)
Anywho, I commented on the SKYE video you made (,,, really LOVE IT, btw), but it looks like I spelled your name wrong in my response to said video. I wrote 'Ahnk' instead of 'Ankh.' Please accept my apology? ,,, won't happen again, ma'am!

Again, Thank you,,, diggin' this site!
